Six Processes, On-Demand Matching
Different processes have different strengths: SLA for smooth surface finish on aesthetic parts, SLS for high strength functional parts, MJF balancing speed and accuracy, DMLS/SLM for direct metal printing. Our engineers recommend the most suitable process based on your application and budget.
SLA Stereolithography
Layer thickness 25-100μm, smooth surface ready for painting. First choice for transparent parts and appearance prototypes. Photopolymer resins, ABS-Like, PP-Like.
SLS Selective Laser Sintering
Nylon PA12 / PA11 / Glass-filled PA-GF. High strength, impact resistant, movable hinges. No supports needed, complex internal cavities can be formed in one go.
MJF Multi Jet Fusion
HP MJF, accuracy ±0.3% / min ±0.3mm. Significant speed advantage for batch printing, PA12 gray / black options.
FDM Fused Deposition Modeling
Large size, cost-effective. PLA / ABS / PETG / TPU / PC / PEEK / ULTEM. Max build size 1m+, suitable for jigs, fixtures, and large part validation.
DMLS / SLM Metal Printing
Stainless steel 316L / 17-4PH, aluminum AlSi10Mg, titanium Ti-6Al-4V, Inconel 718. Complex conformal cooling channels, lightweight lattice structures.
PolyJet Multi-Material
Single part can contain both hard and soft materials, different colors. Medical anatomical models, consumer product appearance parts, two-color prototypes. Layer thickness as low as 16μm.
Post-Processing Options
- Support removal, polishing, sandblasting, dyeing (any RAL / Pantone color)
- UV clear coating (high transparency for SLA transparent parts)
- Metal parts heat treatment / HIP (hot isostatic pressing) to eliminate internal porosity
- CNC secondary machining for metal parts (improve accuracy on critical mating surfaces)
- Electroplating (metal layer adhesion), chemical polishing, anodizing (for metal parts)
