Our story

PrecisionFab was founded in 2010 in Shenzhen by a team of mechanical engineers who were tired of fighting with quote sheets, vague drawings, and missed deadlines. The custom manufacturing market at the time was dominated by scattered workshops with inconsistent quality, slow communication, and almost zero process transparency.

We built the factory we wished existed: one where engineers talk directly to engineers, where DFM review is mandatory before tooling cut, where each order has a live dashboard showing machining progress and QC photos, and where the right process is recommended even if it means a smaller invoice.

15 years later, we have grown from a single 3-axis mill to 50+ CNC centers, 12 metal & polymer 3D printers, an in-house injection-molding workshop, a sheet-metal line, and an independent quality lab. We work with hardware startups, mid-market product companies, and tier-1 suppliers across automotive, aerospace, medical, robotics and consumer electronics.

• Engineers first. Every account has a dedicated process engineer — not a sales rep — who reads your drawings, flags DFM risks, and answers your technical questions directly.
• Transparent process. Every order ships with a private dashboard showing live machining progress, photo evidence at each QC checkpoint, and tracking from finish to your door.
• Right-sized recommendations. If a single prototype runs cheaper as 3D-printed PA12 + CNC finishing than as hard tooling, we’ll tell you. Margin doesn’t drive process selection here.
• 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a part fails to spec for any reason on our side, we re-run it at our cost — including freight. No invoice gymnastics.
