Quoting & Ordering
How long does a quote take?
Simple parts within 24 hours; complex parts or those requiring DFM analysis within 48 hours maximum. Quotes are faster if the file information is complete (3D model + key dimensions + quantity + material).
What drawing formats are supported?
3D: STEP / STP (recommended) / IGES / IGS / X_T / SLDPRT / IPT / STL. 2D: DWG / DXF / PDF. Compressed archives ZIP / RAR / 7Z are also accepted. STEP format is the most universal; we recommend sending STEP first.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
CNC / 3D printing / vacuum casting / sheet metal: start from 1 piece. Injection molding: MOQ 100 pcs (soft tool) / 1000 pcs (hard tool). Die casting: MOQ 1000 pcs.
What payment methods are available?
We accept PayPal, wire transfer T/T, credit card (Visa / MasterCard), Bitcoin / USDT. For first orders over $10,000, we recommend 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment.
Production & Quality Control
What is the typical production lead time?
3D printing: 1-3 days; CNC simple parts: 3-5 days / complex parts: 7-10 days; sheet metal: 5-7 days; vacuum casting: 5-7 days; injection molding (including tooling): 20-40 days. Rush orders can be arranged in 24-72 hours at an additional cost.
Will you provide quality reports?
Each batch comes standard with a first-article CMM full dimension report + material certificate + outgoing inspection report. Third-party certification reports from SGS / Intertek are available at an additional cost.
How are non-conforming parts handled?
Report within 7 days of receipt with photos or measurement data. After confirmation, we will rework for free or issue a full refund unconditionally. Shipping costs are covered by us.
Shipping & Customs Duties
What shipping methods are available?
DHL / FedEx / UPS international air freight (3-7 days delivery), sea freight (30-45 days, economical for large volumes), and DHgate air express. We ship to the US, Europe, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and over 30 other countries worldwide.
How are customs duties calculated?
Quotes do not include destination country duties by default. Before shipment, we provide a commercial invoice and HS code to assist with customs clearance. US ≤$800 duty-free, EU ≤€150 VAT-free, subject to local customs regulations.
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We can sign mutual or unilateral NDAs using your company’s template or our standard template. All files are transmitted encrypted and archived for 6 months after order completion without external distribution.
Who owns the intellectual property?
The design and IP are entirely yours. We only provide manufacturing services and do not retain, reuse, or display customer drawings (unless the customer agrees to use them as a case study).
