CNC Machining Service

3-axis / 4-axis / 5-axis simultaneous machining centers, tolerance ±0.01mm, 30+ metals and engineering plastics, from single prototype to volume production.

What is CNC Machining?

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) is a subtractive manufacturing process that precisely controls the relative motion between cutting tools and workpiece based on digital programs. Starting from a solid metal or plastic blank, excess material is removed through milling, turning, drilling, boring, reaming, and other cutting operations to obtain the final part conforming to the 3D model.

Compared to 3D printing, CNC offers significant advantages in dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material strength; compared to traditional manual machining, CNC excels in repeatability, consistency, and complex surface capability, making it the preferred choice for mechanical engineers for prototype validation and small-batch production.
