Sheet Metal Fabrication
Laser cutting, bending, stamping, welding and riveting — turnkey sheet metal in 0.5–12mm thickness.
Capabilities
- Laser cutting: 6kW fiber laser — carbon steel ≤20mm, stainless steel ≤15mm, aluminum ≤12mm. Burr-free clean edges.
- CNC press brake bending: bend length up to 4m, minimum inner radius 0.5mm, tolerance ±0.1mm.
- Stamping: 50–300T hydraulic presses, capable of IT8-grade fine-blanking.
- Welding: MIG / TIG / laser welding / spot welding — including thin-gauge aluminum and magnesium alloy welding.
- Riveting & tapping: automatic blind riveting and PEM-style press-in nuts and studs.
