Metal Part Finishes
- Anodizing (Aluminum): Type II / Type III hard anodizing, film thickness 5-50μm, black/silver/red/blue/gold and any color
- Electroplating: Nickel / Chrome / Zinc / Gold / Tin plating, improves corrosion resistance and conductivity
- Passivation (Stainless Steel / Zinc): Removes free iron, enhances corrosion resistance
- Polishing: Mechanical polishing, electropolishing, mirror polishing (Ra 0.1μm)
- Brushing: Straight / spiral / random grain, common for consumer electronics enclosures
- Sandblasting: Glass bead / aluminum oxide blasting, matte uniform texture
- PVD Physical Vapor Deposition: Rose gold / gunmetal / champagne gold, high hardness and wear resistance
Coatings & Painting
- Powder Coating: Weather and wear resistant, commonly used for industrial enclosures
- Liquid Painting: UV paint / matte / gloss / soft-touch rubber paint, rich colors and feel
- E-coating: Uniform coating for complex structures
- Teflon Coating: Non-stick / high temperature resistant (kitchenware, semiconductor equipment)
Marking Processes
- Laser Engraving (Laser Marking): Permanent marking of LOGO / serial number / QR code
- Screen Printing: Single-color / multi-color screen printing, commonly used for panel characters
- Pad Printing: Printing on curved / irregular surfaces
- Hot Stamping / Transfer Printing: Gold/silver/holographic foil lettering
All surface finishes come with color chip approval and salt spray test / adhesion test report (if required).
