Three QC Gates
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Sampling inspection of each raw material batch + MTR verification to ensure grade, dimensions, and surface are defect-free
- In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): First-article inspection for critical processes + patrol inspection, with CMM, calipers, and micrometers for multi-check
- Outgoing Quality Control (OQC): 100% inspection (for high-precision parts) or AQL 2.5 sampling (for standard parts), with inspection report attached

- CMM Full-Size Inspection Report (PPAP Level 3 optional)
- Mill Test Report (MTR, including chemical composition and mechanical properties)
- Surface Roughness Report / Hardness Test / Coating Thickness Report
- Salt Spray Test, Thermal Shock, Adhesion Test
- SGS / Intertek / TÜV Third-Party Testing (on request)
Intellectual Property & Document Security
- All uploaded files are TLS encrypted in transit and AES-256 encrypted at rest
- Quotation system access control: only project engineers can view specific drawings
- Mutual NDA available (your template or our standard template)
- Archived for 6 months after order completion, then deleted from production side
- Customer drawings or finished product photos will not be displayed on our website or marketing materials without written authorization
