Industry Requirements

The core challenges in the new energy industry are large size + safety + cost. Battery trays can be 1.5m × 2m, requiring both light weight and high strength; energy storage cabinet enclosures need IP65 + V0 flame retardancy; charging piles operate year-round from -30°C to 60°C. We offer a combined solution of large-format laser-cut sheet metal (4m bed), friction stir welding, flame-retardant plastic injection molding, and die-cast aluminum heat sinks.
